A) You do not book with us. Whether you book with a hotel / villa directly or a wholesale reservations agent depends on a case by case basis, but which is clearly shown to you.
Q) Do I pay now or pay when I check out?
A) If you book directly with a villa, it is normal for them to request a deposit. If you book directly with a hotel, they rarely ask for a deposit. If you book with a wholesale reservations agent, you generally pay everything in advance.
